Who is behind Gazuka?
My name is Jeremy Noel Johnson. I’m the creator of Gazuka. I can safely say that you are in good hands. I’ve been working on the web since 2001. I started by taking a basic web development course at Utah Valley University from Jan Bentley (Hi Jan!). I built my very first website with what I learned in that course.
A long time has passed since my early days learning in 2001. I have a great paying job at a top Internet company. I’m fortunate (and a little lucky) to be where I am. So I figured I should share some of this knowledge with you, so you can apply yourself and increase your skills. Many companies today are looking for coders, particularly for websites and mobile applications and that is good news for you.
Since the early days of 2001, I’ve developed numerous websites and picked up on many different technologies. What this means for you is that you will have the most simple and personable guide to learning web technology available. The top priority of Gazuka is to train and educate you as quickly and efficiently as possible. You should be able to learn in 3 to 6 months what it takes most college students 4 years to learn. I finished my 4 year college degree in Information Technology in 2004, so I know what it takes. But you must apply yourself and dedicate personal time to applying the knowledge gained here.
